Shop Policies


Once an order is received you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Turn around time will be stated at the time of drop and can be found in the Facebook VIP. The average turn around time is 4-6 weeks, but can vary for specific drops. 


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order or have not had updated tracking within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in your total purchase price. 

Once the order has been received by USPS/ UPS, Little Works LLC is no longer responsible for the item. 



All sales are Final. 

Because of the nature of each item being customizable, Little Works LLC does not accept returns. If you have a problem with your item, you are more than welcome to e-mail: and we can discuss resolution options.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
